Dear Lance The PI and To Whomever Else It May Concern,

I have alleged that I have had gang stalking occur in my life over 34 years, from when I was seven years old in 1991, all the way through age 41 in 2025. I am now 42 in 2026 and all gang stalking activity has ceased as of this year, 2026. I say again, all gang stalking activity has ceased as of this year, 2026.

Many people, I found, who allege early life trauma, also allege gang stalking. And some people slightly connect the childhood bullying they experience with their adult experiences being allegedly gang stalked.

In the mid-to-late 1980’s, I may or may not have had some kind of early life trauma. But most of my memories before the age of 5 are a blur and I only have some memories. More memories as of 2020 and 2021 are coming back from before age 5, but they are coming back slowly. Many of them are good, and some of them seem bad. So like I said earlier, many people who allege gang stalking happening to them, they allege some kind of early life trauma too. Having said that, my childhood bullying, in my opinion, connects to the gang stalking that I allege. And I have to note before I continue that my early life trauma could also be psychosis coming back with real and perceived memories of before age 5; memories that came back in 2020 and 2021.

1991: When I first immigrated to The United States from Ukraine, the kids I hung out with were nice to me. Then when I turned seven later on in the year, all the kids started bullying me, some with smiles on their faces. One girl stated, with a smile, “I changed my mind. Go back to Russia.”, when I asked, “I thought we were friends?”. At another incident, several boys pushed me down to the ground and yelled, “Go back to Russia!”.
1991-1992: A kid who we will call ‘I’ said, “My name is ‘I’ and my Mom stacks the trays at the school. Get off the slide.”. I then got off the slide.
1991-1993: A kid named ‘M’ started picking me all the time at my apartment complex I lived at.
1995: Another kid named ‘M’, different name though, started pushing me around and being mean to me.
1997: A girl named L said, “I’m Russian,” while making fun of me. She then later on in the year called me “butt ugly”.
1997: Another girl with the same name ‘L’ said, “My ancestors owned all that territory” (meaning Ukraine and Israel), because I am Jewish and Ukrainian and she meant the Roman Empire. Another time she also said, “I’m Russian,” while making fun of me.
1997: A kid named ‘D’ started pushing me left and right into wall lockers.
1997: A girl named ‘C’ asked me, “Why did you kill Jesus?”, because I am Jewish. I responded, “Jesus was a Jew.”.
1997: Another girl with a different name of ‘C’ stood their smirking outside in the back of my Middle School during lunch hour, while a boy named ‘N’ threw a landscaping rock that hit my left parietal lobe. The next day, I arraigned for my Dad and I to see the Principal at the school. Dad and the Principal both agreed that I was ‘being paranoid.’. The next day, I attempted my only suicide attempt in my life at age 13. I stopped when I heard a voice telling me to stop, and when my Dad pulled into the garage from work.
2000-2003: A kid named ‘P’ told me, “You always say, ‘I’m a Russian Jew. I’m a Russian Jew. I’m a Russian Jew.’ You never say you are an American.”. Another time, he walked off, slightly angered, and said, “You’re Russian,” as he got up from his chair.
2001-2002: A girl named ‘A’ stated to me, “You’re Russian,” mischievously.
2007: After my U.S. Army Kuwait deployment, a female classmate at University stated, to another female classmate, as I walked by, “That’s Vitaliy. He’s Russian!” with a disgusted manner on her face.
2007: I went to a job fair at a government contractor and there was a female named ‘I’ working there. She was talking to candidates. This will become important later.
2010: The first female named ‘L’, years later, drove by me in September or October of that year when I was coming home from a polar government contractor job. She drove by in a black Sedan and looked at me, while neutral expressioned, still slightly confrontationally, and then drove off.
2011: During my initial psych break of 2011 (please note I am a medicated Schizophrenic under Doctor’s care and am stable, by the way), I went my old University Campus and met several gentlemen that had on black sneakers, black cargo pants, and black t-shirts. Their leader was a woman in white dress pants, white button down collar shirt, and a white micro-fiber three-fourths length either carcoat or parka-type coat. Most likely a carcoat. At one point, she told me, “Don’t call me Ma’am. You blow my cover.”. She has blonde hair, shoulder length in a pony tail, and is about 5’10” tall.
2013-2015: A man drove by me a blue Hawaiian shirt, blonde hair, blue jeans, and sunglasses on a Harley-like or Harley motorcycle. He said, “I know who the [bleep] you are!” Then he drove off. This was when I was going to a movie in 2013-2015 around that time.
2015: The same woman that I saw at University in 2011 was now standing at nighttime with another person, a gentleman. She was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans, and they were watching me come back to my car from a movie.
2013-2015: I went to the store to buy food and I saw the same woman from University in 2011 a third time; this time she was watching me and was wearing a white wool trench coat.
2015-2017: A woman who was a former bully of mine named ‘M’ showed up at my home improvement warehouse security guard job and pointed me out to a gentleman slightly taller than me and somewhat big (strong-wise). Then they left.
2019: After finishing a job at a grocery store and a home improvement warehouse job too, I went to a community college to take classes for HR, so I can go back to the Middle East as an Admin Specialist, like what I did in the Military. ‘I’ from the 2007 government contractor job fair was back and she stated in the hallway, “He’s a security guard,” in a condescending way, as I was walking away from class.
2019: After the community college classes, several neighbors were outside saying, “Vitaliy!” in a condescending manner and one of them with them is a woman that is 5’8.5″ tall and is about 20 to 40 years old. She was wearing glasses at the time.
2020-2022: I went to the store and I saw a woman who hung out with my childhood bullies at one point back in Middle School in the mid-to-late 1990’s. We will call her ‘B’. She walked in to the store when I went Thanksgiving Day shopping to buy food. She stood there with two tall gentlemen behind her, smirking at me. All three of them were smirking at me. She wore blue jeans and a light brown jacket that looked like a jean jacket but light brown.
2021-2023: Two women, one from University named ‘L’ and another named ‘J’ from my job at a home improvement warehouse, pulled up in a beige sedan, and started laughing and saying, “Ah haa, ah haa, haa, Vitaliy! Vitaliy!” etc. etc. Then they drove off. This occurred right outside my house as I was probably going to get the mail.
2021-2023: A woman who I knew in High School, named ‘J’, sat in a car when got my food delivered, and started smiling. This was by my house away by the stop sign area at the intersection of my neighborhood streets. I said, “Thank you.” But later on, I realized she was not my delivery driver as she is not named ‘K’ but named ‘J’.
2023-2025: I saw an African-American gentleman (20-45) in a hoodie in a sports car with dark slightly long hair and a dark beard pull up next to the rideshare I was riding in and he honked at me and looked at me angerly, then he drove off.
2023-2025: I saw a Caucasian Gentleman (50 and up) pull up next to me by my house as I was waiting for my rideshare and he honked at me with an angry look on his face, and then drove off. He had a white t-shirt on and had a big white pickup truck (older model like late 90’s to mid-2000’s). At my destination I normally go to several weeks later or months later, I saw the same truck drive by and honk at me but I did not see the gentleman driving it as he had the windows rolled up this time. I was sure it was the same person.
2024-2025: I walked into my house after arriving home from being dropped off by a rideshare driver and one of the six chairs at the table in the living was moved out and to a forty-five degree angle, as though someone sat there when I left before coming home.
2024-2025: My furnace filter position was changed when I got home and went to check it at one time.
2025: Several people in the neighborhood started kicking my door of my house and running away. On the second or third day, I noticed a beige-colored sedan with the 5’8.5″ tall woman at about 20 to 40 years old sitting in the car and smirking. She was not wearing glasses this time like in 2019.
2026: Zero incidents of alleged gang stalking happened to me in 2026. I say again, zero incidents of alleged gang stalking happened to me in 2026.

That is all I have to report. I want to now say now, I forgive anyone who caused me any trauma, whether alleged or perceived early life trauma, bullying-related trauma in my childhood, or what I allege to be gang stalking-related trauma. I want to conclude and say that there should be a Truth And Reconciliation Commission established to investigate allegations of Gang Stalking.

I, Vitaliy From Colorado, want to add some other evidence of alleged gang stalking to this, my original post.

2011: A woman in a black dress suit was driving in either a dark blue or black coup and cut me off in traffic and honked at me twice, “Beep, beep”. In that manner, she did honk at me.
2018: As an employee of the home improvement warehouse, one of the higher ups in the store, who we will call ‘M’, stated, within distance of where I can hear her, “It’s [bleeping bleep] that Vitaliy got such and such an award!”. On another occasion, a male employee called me on the company phone and said, “Vitaliy!” in a strange and annoying manner.
2019-2022: One neighbor walked into his house when I went outside to get mail and said, “Vitaliy’s listening to rap.”.
2019-2022: Another neighbor walked in to his house after saying, “Vitaliy’s not paying his bills.”. This time, it was when I was in the backyard patio and he walked into his house after saying that.
2021-2023: A six foot tall female higher up at the home improvement warehouse named ‘C’ walked past me at my neighborhood by the stop sign close to my house and smirked at me. She was wearing a neck to toe-length white dress.

The incidents in 2018 that I allege caused me to ultimately quit as an employee of the home improvement warehouse. The incident in 2019 when the female named ‘I’ stated, “He’s a security guard,” mockingly and condescending, caused me to quit the community college classes.

Like I stated earlier, I want there to be a Truth And Reconciliation Commission to investigate allegations of Gang Stalking. And I want to add, I forgive any and everyone allegedly involved in gang stalking and I forgive anyone involved in any other alleged trauma I went through.
