These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gangstalkinginvestigation.com (the “Site”), operated by Lance Casey / Lance Casey & Associates (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any product, or booking any consultation through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content on this Site — including the Field Manual, Evidence Checklist, video training modules, blog articles, and any other materials — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It reflects the professional experience and methodology of a licensed California Private Investigator (CA PI License #27617) but does not constitute legal advice, investigative services, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Nothing on this Site creates an attorney-client relationship, a private investigator-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and us unless you separately engage paid consultation or investigative services directly with Lance Casey & Associates.

Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final except where required otherwise by law. 5. Consultations

Paid consultations booked through this Site are separate from the informational content described in Section 1. Scope, terms, and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling policy for consultations will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Users of the Site’s forum are expected to communicate respectfully and are solely responsible for content they post. We reserve the right to remove any forum post or restrict any user’s access for content that is abusive, harassing, unlawful, or that promotes violence or illegal activity.
