gang stalked for years-mistaken identity?

where to start?
i never new there was a name for what is happening to me! I learned about it on you tube. sometimes its for being sued in civil court? My medical Identity had been stolen and i did have a class action suit for insurance in data breech! it started out subtle and didnt even no. Now they are not even hiding it! I witness vehicles parked nearby. Following me, stalking me daily, coming in when im not home or even just out for a short walk to a family members home! they leave random stuff or steal things mostly of inconvenience!
first, i was wrongfully hospitalized in a psych ward and almost not gotten out! then, i was realessed-“it was a mistake”! then, i notice my home being broken into- file police reports, getting security system and change locks! This did NOT stop it! my alarm was set off and police shows up. After that , somehow they still got in!
They put in hidden cameras watching me without my knowledge or concent! thats a separate whole story!
They hurt my pets, theyd mess with my personal items, write in my journals , ill explain more later on that. stealing my handwriting? by leaving behind my journals copying my handwriting by tracing my words in a journal!!
They charge items i did not give permission to charge! I ultimately was advised to pay off and close them all out and NOT open any new accounts. I cant even open an account now.
They Open accounts without my permission! they steal medicine.Early on, they even broken into our storage unit stealing collector items and whatever else. I had a daytimer calendar in there that contained a life policy that my twin sis had designated me as beneficiary thru her church when she did missions work for them in case of her daeth! they stole it and who knows if it was cashed in cuz I did not get it. It was for 1/2 million dollars! that was one of the first evidence something was up and we thought was an isolated event, until they broken into the unit at least 3 times!!
then i was noticing i was being followed. As well as on my cellular devices without my consent or knowledge stealing data! Evidenced by Them knowing things that they only would no by reading my private thoughts in my journals, and no where things are in my home without ever being invited in to my home! What are they looking for? How did they no then?
i saw photos on a neighbors cellular device that came off my devices. He was apparently an ex cop who has since past away but his buddy still resides next door! He is an ex Drug DEA officer in his 80s i think. from Boston?
Then there is the question of how many are involved?
i started to notice and make logs- including a neighbor who would come watch me out his door every time I came out of my home! it was obvious! it could be a coincidence once or twice but EVERY time!?!
use psychological warfare and try to wake me up sending dogs out barking on weekend at 4am to calling land line or cellular every day at 9am! its all spam calls cuz I dont talk on phone!! its there for emergency, contacts medical and my mom!
They be tracking my purchases as well. athis neighbor who watched or stalked me, their kids used to have open door to come over if I was home. they buy things id buy- howdid they no? unbeknown to a 5 yr old, she would say things only she or they no if tracked my purchases or been in my home before! when they had not been! she stated “my dad said not to drink the red juice!” Soehy was that? was it cuz it was expensive juice (pom cherry juice)or was it known to them and not myself, it was tampered with and her dad didnt want her to get sick drinking it?
I have NEVER had a drug use or alcohol use disorder!! my background is Neg. i stay to myself and Noone comes over.
My twin sister resided in my place for 2 years and after her death i moved in. maybe mistaken identity as it was left in her wallet “…its thru the electrical”! It was happening to her, too! I just didnt no what to make of that and let it go. Its a duplex, we have had many neighbors come and go. some did have drug issues and went to jail when busted!
I thought it may had even been the landlord or maintenance even tho i had no work orders or 24 hr notice of entrance!! someone surely had to have keys!! the guy who installed deadbolt said he had 8 keys! why would anyone NEED 8 keys for 1 lock??? when after the fact i went to land lord, noone has produced those 8 keys except i have 1 key! land lord played it off as, he moved to TX. Well im NOT OK with this- someone has the remainder of those keys and are coming in without my knowledge or consent, PERIOD!!!!!
early on they messed with my vehicle over night!

I keep filing police reports.
I added a dead bolt.
I dont get it! Why? They stole everything of value and destroyed the rest- taking out 3 TVs, 3 mini fridges, broken a new recliner and before this, broke another recliner that i replaced with last one they broke! Broken a touch screen laptop that I cant replace. I cant aford to replace the things they have destroyed when i live on a fixed income and have a disability -Not of my own fault!!! aspine surgeon messed my back up! Im not in position to move and my attorney told me NOTto move.

They hijacked the security system thru electrical to turn it off to get in because how rlse could they get in witout passcode unless they found it written down during the first time yhey broken in after it was first installed to their surprise, Im sure was not expected!
Noone should be in my home when Im away! If only my dog could speak!
Even my moms wedding album came up missing and was later replaced with her late husbands funeral book that my sister had. where did they get access to that to replace it w her wedding album. my mom is 80 yr old and wanted that album! Why?
